  • Dark mode setting
  • Reduced motion setting

These settings stay on your device unless they are copied by your own backup tools or operating-system backup services.

External Links and Calls

When you tap a phone number or website in Cali Help, you leave the app and connect with a third-party agency, provider, or public website.

Those third parties control their own privacy practices and data handling.

No Accounts or In-App Data Collection

The current version of Cali Help does not provide:

  • Sign-in or user accounts
  • In-app payments
  • Private messaging
  • Advertising profiles
  • Case management or secure document upload

Do not enter private or sensitive information into app search fields or notes. Cali Help is not designed to store confidential case information.
